Shipping & Handling
When will my order arrive?
You can expect your items to arrive by the estimated delivery date, which is shown for each item during checkout. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Please note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
How can I track my package?
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. If you have an account, you can also track your order by logging in and selecting “Recent Orders.” If you checked out as a guest, you can monitor your status via the link provided in your shipping confirmation.
What does it cost to ship my order?
We offer tiered shipping rates based on the speed of delivery. Economy and Standard rates are calculated at checkout. From time to time, we offer complimentary shipping promotions for our Foundation 20 collection; these changes will be reflected automatically in your shopping bag.

Do you sell my information to other companies?
ELGIN BLOOM™ does not sell or trade your personal information gathered online—such as email addresses or specific details about you—with third parties. We do not contribute to or participate in cooperative databases which give other companies access to your personal information.

When will you receive additional inventory if an item is sold out?
As our Foundation 20 collection is produced with architectural precision, restock dates may vary. To be notified when a specific size or item becomes available, please enter your email address on the product page to be added to our priority waitlist.
Do you have a personal shopping service?
A dedicated ELGIN BLOOM™ Personal Shopping service is coming soon. This service will provide curated recommendations and deep product insights for our heritage lifestyle collections.
Returns & Exchanges
If I am not happy with my purchase, can I return it?
We will gladly accept the return of items that are in new condition and have not been worn, washed, or altered. ELGIN BLOOM™ products feature discreet branding at the nape or sleeve; returns must include all original tags and be made according to our Return Policy guidelines.
